MAKING WEEK 1

Making week is a yearly event at Central Saint Martins, organised by BA Architecture, during which all the students have the opportunity to experiment, prototype and build 1:1 structures.

In first year my peers and I worked all together to build a large Geodesic Dome, first invented by Buckminster Fuller.

Each one of us produced some of the pieces in the university’s workshops, which were then used to build the final structure.

We were also divided in teams to test, prototype and produce a model of our own version of the dome.
